Green on Queensbury will be the first fully parkside residential development in the soon-to-be revitalized Moodyville neighbourhood in North Vancouver. The collection of townhomes and condos, by award-winning Qualex-Landmark, features three four-storey buildings that will be located on historic Moodyville Park.
Combining a unique mix of contemporary West Coast architecture and natural beauty, Green on Queensbury has a total of 161 condos, garden homes and park-front townhomes. The one-, two- and three-bedroom residences will range in size from 550 square feet to 1,500 square feet.
“As the only large scale parkside residential community in Moodyville, we are very excited to contribute our part to help revitalize the neighbourhood,” says Mohammed Esfahani, President of Qualex-Landmark.
Green on Queensbury is the newest addition to Qualex-Landmark’s portfolio of innovative and distinctive developments across western Canada. Designed to incorporate sustainable strategies, the development is targeting the LEED Gold for Homes Multi-Family Mid-Rise green building standard. The green rating system measures overall sustainability performance of a residential project in eight categories, including energy, water efficiency and indoor air quality.
With the Spirit Trail at their doorsteps, Green on Queensbury homeowners can easily access all of the natural amenities the North Shore waterfront has to offer, from Deep Cove to Horseshoe Bay. The trail also connects to shops and amenities on Main Street, Lonsdale Avenue’s entertainment and culture centre and the Queensbury Commercial Village.
