Mark Appliance Warranty
Unlike First Year Workmanship and Material Warranty, which is managed by the Developer and General Contractor via the Homeowner Portal Service Request, appliance warranties are handled between the homeowner and the appliance supplier directly.
Midland Appliances will handle all Appliance Warranty (except clogged plumbing issues with garborator or dishwasher) concerns.
In order to complete a service call, have the following information handy:
- Date of possession of the unit (Possession Certificate)
- Brief description of the issue with the appliance in need of service
- Complete address of where the appliance is located; unit number and street address and contact number
- Ensure the issue is not a result of damage or wear and tear, as those items are not covered under warranty
You do not need to copy Qualex on any communication with Appliance provider.
