Park Point hits 50 per cent completion as sales improve

CONSTRUCTION ON PARK POINT is now 50 per cent complete, according to a recent announcement by Qualex-Landmark Group, the developer of the 34-storey, $110-million Beltline residential condo tower across from Central Memorial Park. Move-ins are slated for summer 2018. This construction milestone comes at a time when Calgary residential sales are once again beginning to climb. According to the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB), May 2017 saw a total of 2,119 sales, up from the 1,904 in April 2017.
