Calgary is named for the 5th time in the last seven years as the world’s cleanest city. It also tops the list of top 10 cleanest cities in the world in 2015. It has a population of over 1 million but the government is taking steps to make sure that the city is kept neat and clean. Situated in Alberta, Canada, Calgarians are following 5 basic principles in order to make the environment more clean and healthy. Those 5 points are: Sewage System Quality, Water Drinkability and Availability, Waste Removal and Recycling, Traffic Congestion, and Air Pollution. Calgary is surely a deserving city to be on the top of the list of top ten cleanest cities in the world 2015.
